In week one we lock the scope together, in writing, with acceptance criteria. If we do not deliver working software to that scope in 30 days, you do not pay the balance, and we finish it anyway.
The scope lock protects you from a vendor moving the goalposts, and protects us from a project that grows every Friday.

Days 1 to 5. Scope locked in writing, with acceptance criteria.
Days 6 to 14. We design and build the core flow.
Day 15. Halfway demo. A running slice, not slides.
Days 16 to 28. Finish, test, deploy.
